Permitted use

Viewing or sharing a direct link to an authorised publication of a work is permitted. Any other use requires prior written permission from Corina Daniela Obertas, unless expressly authorised by a separate written licence.

02

PROHIBITED USE

Without prior written permission, no work may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, cropped, recoloured, adapted, transmitted, printed, sold, sublicensed, included in advertising, used for commercial or editorial purposes, incorporated into another work, or presented as the work of another person.

03

NFT rights

Ownership of an NFT or digital collectible associated with an artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Unless a separate written licence expressly states otherwise, the purchaser receives ownership of the token and any limited display rights specified in the relevant NFT terms. Copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, licensing rights and the right to create derivative works remain with Corina Daniela Obertas.

Selected files may contain Adobe Content Credentials providing digitally signed provenance, authorship and editing information.

Upload or drag and drop the original image file into Adobe Inspect to view the available provenance information.
The absence of visible Content Credentials from a copy, screenshot, social-media version or compressed derivative does not indicate that the work is free from copyright. Online platforms may resize, recompress or remove embedded metadata.

05

Licences may be available for commercial, editorial, publishing, advertising, exhibition, print, digital, educational or other agreed uses.

Every licence must specify the permitted use, duration, territory, media, audience, exclusivity and applicable fee.

ARCHIVE AND PROGRESSIVE ATTRIBUTION

The archive of Corina Daniela Obertas comprises thousands of photographs and visual artworks created over many years and distributed through websites, social media, publications, exhibitions, art platforms, digital marketplaces, and private collections.
An ongoing project is currently dedicated to the archiving, cataloguing, and attribution of the collection through Adobe Content Credentials. Given the scale of the archive, credentials are being applied progressively, one work at a time, according to priorities related to publication, licensing, exhibition, sale, and image tokenization.
Some recent files and selected works already contain verifiable Adobe Content Credentials. Additional images, including photographs published in the past, will be incorporated into the system progressively.
The absence of credentials from a specific copy, a version published on social media, a screenshot, a recompressed file, or a work belonging to the historical archive has no bearing on its copyright status, attribution, or ownership. Original works by Corina Daniela Obertas remain protected by copyright regardless of the presence of digital credentials.
Content Credentials serve as an additional tool for provenance, transparency, and attribution and form part of a broader effort to preserve, document, and manage the archive.
